Perfect Instant Pot Hard Boiled Eggs
Make a batch of hard-boiled eggs in no time in your Instant Pot. The hard-boiled eggs are so easy to shell and come out perfect. They are perfect for breakfasts, snacks, salads, and deviled eggs.

Place the steamer rack in the bottom of the Instant Pot. Add 1 Cup Water to the Instant Pot.
Place eggs on steamer rack. I place as many eggs as I can on a single layer. It is usually about 15 Eggs.
Place lid on Instant Pot and lock in place. Make sure the steam valve in set to the sealing position.
Set to pressure cook/manual at high pressure for 5 minutes. It takes about 10-12 minutes to get to pressure. When I only did 12 egg sit did not take as long to get to pressure, about 6-8 minutes.
When it is done, you want to let it natural release for 5 minutes. When 5 minutes is up do a quick release.
Open and place eggs in cold/ice water for 5 minutes. The first time I did them I did ice water. Every time after I have just placed them in a bowl of cold water, mainly because we do not have ice.
Peel and store in fridge. I crack the bottom of the egg and start peeling, usually the shell just comes right off.
