I’ve never been much of a roast eater.  I have had deer roast that brother has made, but that’s about it.  My husband has asked on occasion for me to make a roast and I believe one time in all our years together he made a deer roast.  I think my big problem with roast is adding all the vegetables.  Which I guess can be optional.  I always thought the potatoes got a blood taste and that just grossed me out.
