Stuffed Sweet Peppers
I’m not sure where I first encountered this delicious dish, Stuffed Sweet Peppers, but I'm so glad I did! My husband and I now make stuffed peppers often as a side when we have steaks. Who would have thought to stuff sweet peppers with pepperoni and mozzarella cheese and then grill them? I didn't, but I'm certainly glad someone introduced us to it.

How to Create a Grab-N-Go Emergency Binder
I’ve pinned many things to Pinterest when it comes to home organization, office organization, paper clutter organization, etc. They all had things that would work for me and things that wouldn’t. The Best Crockpot Roast
I’ve never been much of a roast eater. I have had deer roast that brother has made, but that’s about it. My husband has asked on occasion for me to make a roast and I believe one time in all our years together he made a deer roast. I think my big problem with roast is adding all the vegetables. Which I guess can be optional. I always thought the potatoes got a blood taste and that just grossed me out. My mom kept raving about this new roast recipe that her friend told her about. I have no idea where her friend found it or maybe she’s been using…

Quiet Time
As I site here on this beautiful Sunday morning sipping my sweet tea, I can’t help but think I’ve been very busy lately and my time I spend with God has dwindled. Not that I do it on purpose, but I have not got my routine back in place. During the summer I did a bible study and that really helped keep me in His word. Once the bible study was over, I did bible study plans in my bible app. As school started, both kids in soccer and business picked up, life became hectic and my routine has changed. I try to catch the verse of the day in…

So, after a few years of research and not really wanting to spend the money on the Instant Pot, my Mom got me one for Christmas. Do you know what the first thing I made in it was? You guessed it water! Oh, wait, that is not what you guessed? I did the test run in the instructions and you just use water. But the second thing I made was…yep hard-boiled eggs! I am going to share with you my…

Choosing A Life Verse
On June 30, 2019 at my church was the last sermon in a series on life verses. I’ve never thought about a life verse before and still have yet to have a verse “jump out” at me so to speak. The verse: “But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well.” Matthew 6:33 Besides the power of this verse, I found that God was saying mediate on this one and think about it, lay it on your heart. Why you ask? Well when I opened my bible app to read along with the scripture, guess what!? Matthew 6:33 was the…
