I’m not sure where I first encountered this delicious dish, Stuffed Sweet Peppers, but I'm so glad I did! My husband and I now make stuffed peppers often as a side when we have steaks. Who would have thought to stuff sweet peppers with pepperoni and mozzarella cheese and then grill them? I didn't, but I'm certainly glad someone introduced us to it.
